I have over 10 years counselling experience and been running my private practice for just over 2 years. I work with adolescents, adults and couples.
The aim of my therapy is to help clients develop a greater level of self awareness. This then allows them to be more informed when making decisions about their life.
Together we aim for healing, self acceptance, empowerment and love.

my relationships have always been abusive, i have problems trusting people, once that line has been crossed its as if i can't turn back, i go into a rage, and sometimes its trivial, but what seems as it is for someone else it's not for me and the LATEST is i feel betrayed to of the most important people in my life and i want to know how to deal with it, because i am in a real dark and lonely place.
