I absolutely love the RunFit class! I was nervous at first thinking I wouldn’t be able to keep up but there are so many options for each part so you can choose how hard you work and how much effort you want to put in. The hour flies by! Can’t wait for a Friday morning now knowing it’s RunFit time. It also really helps to see that Lauren is so committed to the class, gives lots of praise and brings fun to fitness.
