About

I have been a personal trainer since 2007. I decided to give up my career as a solicitor and pursue my hobby- exercise!
I love training men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. I have a particular interest in weight loss toning and sculpting.

Contacted Lauren as wanted to get back in shape after losing flexibility and putting some weight on. Lauren has made an immediate difference in terms of motivation, flexibility, balance and core stability. The sessions are intense which is how I like it, But Lauren is great at progressing or regressing this when needed. Being a tennis coach, I understand the nature of what she is doing and think that she does a great job and results are clear to see. Would have no hesitation in recommending Lauren to anyone to wants to improve their life through better fitness. More...

Lauren has been amazing and made me so much fitter and stronger. I am so sad to move away and not train with her.

Q&As

I keep in regular contact with my clients to support them in between sessions. I also send them messages to prompt them to say get up from the sofa and move! I often send them reminders to think before they reach for that rather tempting brownie!
