Laura Sanz Modern Photography is simply the BEST! I did a lot of research for my son’s 1 year cake smash session/first family Christmas photos and found her to be the most creative, artistic, and quality photographer of all. So I booked her 3 months in advance. She called me ahead of time to talk about my vision for the session, my preferences, and to give me ideas on outfits and what she saw in her vision that would match mine. I thought it all sounded lovely. She did not disappoint! Upon walking into the studio, I was immediately impressed and in love with the backdrop she had designed and created for my baby’s session. During the session, she was very active in getting good shots, walking all around my baby, engaging him to get the shots she wanted. My baby had fun, we had fun, and the photos turned out spectacular. The photos look like they could have been in a magazine, and other people agree. She gave us the full experience when we went to view the photos with background music on while we viewed the slideshow…and then after the slideshow we talked with her and her husband a while and she is just an awesome person with an awesome family. I couldn’t be happier with the photos, the actual session, and my experience with Laura. I would highly recommend her!! More...

Laura is an exceptional photographer. She took our first family photographs and our daughter's 6 month photographs. We could not be happier with the final product! Not only is Laura very detail oriented, she is also great with babies and will do anything to get the perfect shot. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the session as we were told to sit back, relax and play with our baby. Laura handled the rest! I would definitely recommend Laura if you are looking for beautiful photographs of your children and/or family to cherish for a lifetime. More...

Laura has been our family photographer for several years now, from beautiful maternity sessions and adorable photos of our two little girls, to memorable family pictures including my dog! She has a passion for artistic photography which clearly shows in every single one of her photo shoots. For each one of them Laura would take care of all details involved in the session - from helping me find adorable outfits for my girls, suggesting and creating original props, to looking for the most georgous outdoor location! In addition to her amazing photos, what I have always loved the most of Laura is her enthusiasm during the whole process. At the very start of the planning she would pass me a questionnaire on what vision I have for the session and also on what our fave activities are as a family, just to get the inspiration for a perfect theme and setting that fits our family for the big day... she has always nailed it! Laura has taken our family photos for over a year now. She doesn't only take amazing photos but she helps coordinate your outfits for the session, designs the backdrop and takes time to meet with you when the photos are complete. As someone mentioned in a previous review, Laura really has a gift at capturing personality in photos. Her editing is polished but very natural.
