We chose Last Minute Parcel after another removal company let us down just a few days before the collection was planned. LMP and especially Mitch (who organized everything) did a great job with transporting my stuff from Germany to Scotland. I was in contact with Mitch, for a transport of 3 boxes (57Kg) from France to Canada. He was very reactive, and helpful. He always give me information before, during, and after the transport processus. He protect more my boxes before the transport between England to Canada. And the price was very attractive. I have used Last Minute Parcel twice thus far shipping large antique trunks (4 in total over 2 shipments) from Europe to the USA. Mitch and his team are terrific! They provide patient, professional and prompt service in taking care of everything needed for international shipping; including arranging pickup with 3rd parties (non English speaking in this case) and taking care of all the customs paperwork, etc. He also provides excellent communication and peace of mind sending along shipping updates as they happen.All of this had been done with attention to helping me get the best price possible for shipping.
