Lara creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere which makes it easy to relax and talk openly. She asks pertinent questions in an easy conversational style to ensure that she understands the key issues. I had no idea what to expect from hypnotherapy but there was nothing to be concerned about. There was nothing strange or weird. Relaxation is the key and while lying comfortably and so very relaxed, I listened to the soothing tones of Lara’s voice. At the end of each session I felt calm, confident and reassured. I felt so much better able to cope with the issues that had taken me to see Lara in the first place. After a series of sessions came the real test, which involved spending time with someone I found very intimidating. I felt relaxed, confident and the result was even better than I’d dared to hope. I’m now looking forward to spending more time with the same person, and I can’t wait!The whole hypnotherapy experience was very positive and I still feel the benefits now, several months later. Thank-you so so so very much Lara!!! I was skeptical that Remote Hypnotherapy via skype would work but I was desperate and I have to say I was wrong. I have an intrinsic, debilitating fear of dentists and normally have to have a general (yes General which they will not do anymore) anesthetic for a basic scale and polish. Since my sessions with you I have managed to have a wisdom tooth removed AND a gum graft operation all in the chair with only a local anesthetic whilst I was wide awake. I really cannot thank you enough and I think nor can my dentist - he was losing patience with the blithering woman that used to come to see him and is astounded by my progress!!!
