we have had several transaction 2 iphone batteries an xbox that was repaired for free and an iphone screen repair all were done efficiently not expensive plus a friendly service.

What a fantastic shop - the owners are so welcoming, friendly and go completely above and beyond.
They completely saved by bacon when I desperately needed a charger for my laptop.
They checked the universal charger which didn't work (special flaw on my laptop type) and then went beyond digging out the charger I needed from their personal workshop. It's the little differences that absolutely enhance an experience and for me, in addition to the above, was the fact they checked the chargers were working on my laptop before I made the purchase was amazing. We've all had the frustration/unnecessary stress that you sometimes experience with bigger stores, where you have to take it in good faith that it'll work and purchase it only to return the item.
I'm a massive fan of supporting independent and local businesses. Thank you Laptop City for your help, you saved me a 1.5 hour journey to get my charger!

The staff were friendly but I was looking for mobile phone accessories that weren’t your everyday type. Still I got parked outside no problem and the shop was tidy and the products displayed and presented in a orderly and say o find way. If you can’t see what you are looking for the staff are eager to assist and friendly. I should add by friendly that maybe a understatement as we chatted phones etc for a good 5mnutes!!! I would recommend popping in if you have a device that’s in need of fixing for a reasonable price or are looking for something to compliment your devices. More...

One of the best computer shops I have ever visited. Martin, the owner has a wealth of knowledge of the computer software and hardware.
Very friendly staff, I felt that it was my own shop. I live in London and this shop is about 77 miles each way for me, over 2 hours drive, but I think it is worth travelling this far because the service you will get is second to none.
I am recommending this shop to every one I know, in case they have a computer software or hardware issues. I believe they sell computers and accessories as well.
Their charges are very reasonable compared to so many cow boys in the market. You can also park in front of the shop. I could go on and on. Excellent,Excellent and Excellent.
