Had SSD fitted and OS reinstalled. I brought my own SSD which the team were happy to instal for a fixed price. PC has been working fine for past few weeks with no issues.

This morning I was having a technical nightmare, and only 7 hours later I'm using my new laptop, which was delivered by Neil, who has transferred all the data from my old laptop onto my new one :) As if that wasn't enough, he's taken my old Dell laptop to clean it up and my Mac PC to install a new operating system. I'm chuffed to bits and need to give a big 10 out of 10 for customer service, and for prices because in my experience all the big outlets just charge for a load of extras, that you don't always need, and before you know it the cost has doubled. If you're buying new gadgets for Xmas pressies go to these guys, and if you're in the midst of a technical nightmare, go to these guys!! More...
