I made a last minute booking, as I had a very early flight out of Lanseria. I was met with incredible warmth and friendliness and staff that made me feel at home instantly. ||||The meal in the restaurant was of a high standard, and I received a great packed breakfast. What a warm welcome by owners Mandi and Geoff. We felt right at home and everything we asked for was provided. Our experience was totally amazing. It was my partner's birthday and I asked for something special and everyone from the stuff to the manager and kitchen went out of their to accommodate and make our weekend extra special and beautiful. The breakfast, number 1 and our dinner OMG I will never forget the the lamb gourmet burgers, delicious! Caleb was amazing with us and the manager ever so wonderful and accommodating. I got a room upgrade with an aircon (on heat!) and electrical blanket - which was really great for a winter night! Beautiful view over the dams. Stunning sunset!||||However - the biggest asset this property have, is the staff. Fantastic reception by the manager who went out of her way to assure that we got lunch (I arranged for a lunch meeting but did not realise that the you need to arrange for this during low season). The chef and restaurant manager was fab. We got the best burgers I have tasted in a long time and the special treat was the gin tasting.||||I book a late afternoon spa treatment and the lady there was fantastic. She stayed in later to assist me and we had a great conversation. ||||Will definitely be back to stay for a bit longer next time! More...
