I was very happy with the work carried out but a little disappointed that the charges were not made entirely clear. I was advised that there would be either an hourly rate or a set price for the job but was not told that there would be a minimum charge of £60 which I paid for 2 hours work and disposal of hedge clippings etc. I will be more careful in future about ensuring that I know exactly what I am paying for. The price for the job was made clear before work commenced, £60.00 including waste removal and agreed upon. I feel that to then complain about that agreed price once the job has been completed is unfair. I would have accepted you not wanting the work carried out and would have gone on my way. I firmly beleive that a fair price was charged for the work carried out and that there was no on attempt on my part to mislead you.
