Langford Chase have been the managing agents for my property for the last 4 years and have done an absolutely brilliant job. Adam Thomas has always gone above and beyond the call of duty answering any silly questions I might have had. He responded instantly to emergency calls on Boxing Day when we had a leak coming from a neighbouring flat and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in getting it all fixed. Langford Chase are friendly, personal, and altogether far preferable to the big, ugly, greedy chains that plague so much of the rest of London. We've rented a flat for whom LC have been acting as agents for 3 years now and they've always been courteous, prompt and empathetic in dealing with any difficulties, they were quite reasonable and decent in dealing with fees and deposits when we first moved in and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them - as I already have done to many friends - if you're looking to move anytime soon. While flat hunting, I contacted a number of estate agents but found that none was as helpful and accommodating as LC.
