Great customer service, in-depth knowledge and honestly priced. Brilliant. I cannot recommend Lanes Fine Jewellery highly enough. I bought an engagement ring from Lanes back in early 2018 after I visited a visited a range of other jewellers and received nothing but exhausting salesmanship. At Lanes I was greeted by Laura and she talked me through all the fine details from current metal prices to metal tolerances if/when altering or fixing a ring. Super knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease with the decision before I parted with any money. Cannot recommend Lanes highly enough. They designed and built a stunning, bespoke engagement ring for me and then helped us choose beautiful wedding rings to match. I even got to choose my sapphire from a selection they bought in for me! Despite the fact that the rings were custom made they were still significantly less expensive than any high street chain and we know our rings are unique. Always fantastic service from the guys at lanes. My fiance and I have visited 3 times in total twice together and I have been once on my own. We cannot praise the service we receive at 'Lanes jewellers' highly enough. We purchased an eternity ring from them a few years ago and have been recommending them to friends and family since. Unfortunately whilst on holiday this year my wife lost a diamond from her ring and was quite upset. We went into the shop on arriving home and said we would need it repairing. A pleasure to visit the store and the friendly, helpful staff who work here. Our experience with Lanes has been exceptional. Laura has been extremely helpful in the whole process of choosing and delivering an amazing engagement ring, ensuring it was perfect for my fiancé and then helping us both choose the right wedding rings too. Communication via email and phone have been quick and friendly and always felt that Laura was making sure what was best for us.
