Lana's BarBelles has been open for a year, and thank heavens I noticed her sign when I drove by on Cortez Rd.  It's exactly what I've been looking for -- personal, not "corporate," with a personal trainer I trust to get me back on my feet and strong without injuring myself. I was nervous about starting a workout regimen as it has been quite a few years. But I knew that I needed to do something. After seeing what people said about Lana, I decided to give her a try. She has been wonderful. She teaches you about nutrition, proper form and of course pushes you to do your best. I am about a month into my workouts and I feel great. She has been a great coach and she is so knowledgeable. I connect with her because she can relate to my struggles, cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does.
