They customize the backdrops by building a set which was such a cute touch! Made all of us feel comfortable and it felt easy to take photos. There are so many amazing things I can say about LaLa Photography. The entire staff are patient, nice, and wonderful atmosphere. I love that there is privacy when taking the photos and I never felt rushed. My family were incorporated into my Maternity photos at no additional cost. They are very affordable which is one of the reasons why I chose to have my special moment captured with them. I knew my photos were going to come out amazing, however when I came to view my photos I was soooooo excited about how the quality and how beautiful the pictures came out. We had a fantastic experience with both my maternity shoot, as well as our son's newborn shoot. Customer service prior to and following the shoots have been exceptional. Coral and the gals are very patient and accommodating, qualities which are hard to come by these days. In terms of the finished product, never did I imagine I would have such difficulty in choosing 25 photos I just couldn't live without! As a first time parent being able to capture great pictures of your baby is very important. La La's crew was not only professional, but made sure to have the studio clean and tidy, they even sprayed to sanitize. The actual photographer was very creative with various poses and accessories, she was also very patient and loving to our son which made the session go so smoothly without a single worry on our part. We were beyond pleased with the entire shoot and even more surprised when seeing the slide show. Our sales rep was very nice greeting us and making us feel comfortable. She explained how the transaction worked and even brought me kleenex for my emotional self. Our pictures came out amazing and we can't wait to share them with all our friends and family. Their work is so good that no matter what may intervene the outcome is completely worth the obstacle.If I was cold hearted I'd probably give them 3, 2 or maybe even 1 star but I'm not. The day of my appointment the elevator wasn't working. I was there with my one year old, a stroller, and one of those 30 dollar helium tanks. We managed to make it up the stairs thanks to someone from Lalaphotography who was happening to pass by. The day of my viewing... I got scheduled to work so I sent out dad to pick out the pictures... he said and I quote "you and _____ look so pretty in all the photos I couldn't pick" So their staff saw how undecided he was that they rescheduled us (something I was really happy about). We also had to make it to that appointment because then the rescheduling fee would be 20 something dollars.At our viewing their connection started to fail.We were only able to view a few pictures in the slideshow mode.After we picked out our pictures we were told the pictures would be available at their website at the latest 8 pm that night... they weren't. We kept checking everyday and nothing. 6 days after the pictures were supposed to have been posted we emailed LaLa Photography concerning our pictures and they responded as soon as they opened the studio. They had the pictures up that day! I'm really happy with their work (my first time in a studio like that) I had previously taken photos of my baby at the mall and they were not this good. Price was the same for the amount. But the quality that LaLa Photography provides is GRRRRREAT and I am not quoting Tony the Tiger on that :). I just had my daughter’s first birthday pictures taken here and I can’t say enough good things about LaLa!!! They were awesome with my daughter and she ACTUALLY smiled for her pictures, which is hard to come by with her. Their sets were beautiful, and they were super accommodating to whatever we wanted. Their prices were very reasonable and we got THREE photo shoots for basically the price of one. When your pictures are ready they have you come and review them on a super comfortable couch and you get to see all your pictures on a huge tv in front of you. WE LOVE LALA! We first used Lala Photography last year at the McKey Ranch for our fall family photos. The photographer was so great with our 1 year old daughter, we loved every single photo taken! ! Since then, we’ve used this company as our go to family/child photography needs:) We’ve done their Santa Christmas and Easter minis, and most recently took our Second daughters newborn photos in studio. We booked a full session which included individual newborn photos and family photos with our now two-year-old. Once again, the photographer was great with our oldest daughter, getting her to smile and look at the camera. She was also very patient with our fussy non-sleepy newborn too. Their studio has so many sets, backdrops, clothing/wraps/accessories and props that you can utilize during your photos. What an amazing experience! I had so many questions leading up to our appointment and every time I called they were answered. My daughters favorite color is green and it is October which means the color schemes are oranges and yellows, LaLa went out of their way to create a scene for her with green presents and a bow for her bday .
