We cannot say enough amazing things about Gyneya and her staff at Lago! Right from the get-go, Gyneya was incredibly kind and supportive. It was certainly a feat to accommodate all food allergies at our wedding (dairy, egg, nuts, peanuts, gluten) not to mention vegan options but they completely pulled it off and everyone raved all night about the food and the service. If you asked for it, Gyneya did it in a flash!! The ceremony and the reception were unbelievably well done. They helped with everything including coordinating the entire day, wedding processional and even fixed the clasp on my dress when it broke! The staff were so kind and provided incredible service the entire night. From start to finish, Lago was incredible. We would recommend Gyneya and her amazing staff and beautiful venue any day! We had a very nice diner at Lago. The place was very quiet and we were seated by the window. The view was pretty good. Our server was very friendly & kind. I've been here a couple times and the food is always delicious! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view of Dow's Lake is gorgeous, particularly in the summer and adds to the ambience.

We went to Lago for our anniversary. It was great! It was on a Tuesday evening right after work. Super quiet, only a few people there, but the food was fresh and delicious. My wife the Caesar salad to start (we kept joking Elaine would have enjoyed her big salad), and I had the Porchetta, which we enjoyed. She had the lamb and I had the salmon, and after trying a bite from each others meal we both wish we had picked the other's meal... Best venue to host events!The staff and Manager were so helpful and made the evening a night to remember. From the great AV supports, to the servers constantly walking around with yummy appetizers to the skilled bar staff, this venue hit it out of the park! Even when we forgot to bring something, the management was quick to assist and made it run without a hitch. Not to mention the spectacular space and view. Came here for a ball with my school. It was so much fun, though I'm unsure how much the venue contributed to it and how much external services contributed. We had a buffet style dinner with a portabello mushroom ravioli that was to die for. The servers were nice, kept our tables clean and the drinks full.
