Ladi Smigura is a boutique pop and crossover violinist and music producer. Born and raised in the Czech Republic’s traditional culture teeming with music and dances, he was always taking place on center stage. After Bojkovice School of Arts and Conservatory of Teplice, Ladi studied composition at the Academy of Music Arts in Prague, then the University of Economics and Charles University, ending with an MBA degree from New York University at LIU Post.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
He presents choreographed violin performances live and online from classical to dance music in original or cover form, as a solo musician or with top bands and DJs.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Being a frontman of the Czech cimbalom band Bojkovjan for 8 years, performing with major youth orchestras or rocking with bands like Olsava, Cechomor, Oogee Wawa, Hopefully Forgiven, Deep C Revival and DJs like Twilo or Paul Oakenfold, shaped his musical expression in a unique way, creating a unique musical experience for you.
What do you love most about your job?
He rocks Samuel Shen's Stradivari model of 4/4 violin running Pirastro Oliv Stiff guts on Glasser carbon bow via Schertler pickup and Shure wireless system.
He spends most of his time between The Hamptons and Miami.
