Jill and Bryan were amazing! Jill helped us for the months leading up to our wedding day by sourcing our decor, suggesting vendors, preparing our day of schedule, joining us on our venue walk throughs and answering any questions that we had. On the day of our wedding, Jill and Bryan really made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our day and not worry about any logistics. My husband and I worked with Jill/Lace and Birch for month of coordination for our wedding in June 2019 and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Jill took over our communications with all vendors, organized the itinerary for the wedding in advance, coordinated with the venue and bridal party, ensured my somewhat specific table place setting/greenery was perfectly done, consulted on our liquor order, and most importantly of all served as a sounding board and calm ear for us in the lead up and day of. Although I doubt most of our guests knew we had a coordinator because Jill was so discreet throughout the day, the number one comment we received from everyone was how smoothly things ran, which was thanks in no small part to Jill.This was the best money that we spent on our wedding because Jill took the stress out of our hands (and our families'!) and was just an absolute pleasure to work with and speak to. I am a professional wedding photographer and had the privilege of working with Jill and her husband Brian this past weekend. Jill was great with communication right from the beginning. Even when she was in the process of planning her own wedding, she still made sure that I had a timeline for the day and that the bride and I knew what was happening at every step throughout the planning process, and during the actual wedding day. They did a fantastic job on the decor and florals as well! I have attached a couple of photos from my sneak peek just so you all can see how beautiful the bouquet and arch were. Jill also was there to help the men with the boutonnières, she brings a little emergency kit with anything extra that the wedding party might need, and she is so friendly! Our experience with Lace & BIRCH was amazing! I don't even know where to begin because their service is impeccable. Jill was such incredible help from day one. She was extremely helpful/detailed, very responsive to my many emails and made the process as smooth as possible. She was such great help in the stressful weeks leading up to the big day and a tremendous help the day of. Alex and I were calm and relaxed knowing we didn't have to stress about the small details on the big day or even any problems that may have come up. From contacting and confirming vendors, to creating timelines, to keeping us organized and on time (we were ahead of our timeline by 30 minutes which gave Alex and I more shooting time with the photographer/videographer) on our wedding day. I cannot stress how much of a relief it was to have her. She is your one stop shop, from wedding planning, to furniture rentals to florist. She does it all. I have worked with Jill from Lace and Birch on numerous weddings/editorial shoots. She is absolutely wonderful her eye for staging and all the little details is sensational! I have been working in the wedding industry for a few years now (as a lead/associate photographer), and very few vendors are as professional as her. She took care of the timeline completely and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly - and everyone was working as a team! For example, myself and my associate photographer had to sneak out with our couple during "magic hour" and Jill rearranged our clients' timeline in order for us to do soon - effectively and efficiently. Not only is she super talented in her planning, staging and floral design. She is one of the most sweetest persons I have met. We are extremely happy with the assistance Jill provided to us on our wedding day as our day of planner. Jill met with us several times before our wedding. She took detailed notes and asked dozens of questions to make sure she fully understood the vision we had for our big day. She made extremely helpful suggestions and gave us great advice on how we could accomplish everything we envisioned. On the day of, Jill went above and beyond our expectations. She decorated our church and venue just as we had envisioned. Her decor items that we rented were all top notch and beautiful. She was extremely active behind the scenes ensuring everything went to plan, including direct contact and planning with our church and venue coordinators. Most importantly we didn’t stress about a thing on our wedding day, and I really don’t think that would have been possible without Jill. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family. In fact I believe several of our wedding guests are in contact with her for their own weddings, which is a testament to how hard she worked to make sure everyone had a great day.
