I was having issues with my laptop connecting to the internet and a hard drive that was operating too slow to be useful. I emailed for an appointment and received a response within 15 minutes. The staff is extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my schedule. I brought both items in and was assisted by Kevin. A business colleague of mine was in from Europe and stopped to see me on his way to a major healthcare conference in San Francisco where he had multiple scheduled meetings and multiple PowerPoint presentations that were stored on his computer. While staying with me his computer refused to boot up, and it was a Sunday. I called Kevin at Lab5-8, he tried walking us through a fix over the phone and when that did not work, we met him at his office and within an hour he had the computer working perfectly.
