We hosted our first JP Johnson Cellars wine tasting event at La Teraz. The week before the event, we met with Chefs Dan and Cheryl to sample the wines in order to prepare the food pairing menu. We were expecting the food to be very good based on past comments from friends but it was beyond expectations. Amazing! Looking forward to the next events to see what Chef Dan will prepare for us! We had the pleasure of dining at Dan & Cheryl's Infuzed this past weekend. The perfectly seasoned bacon-wrapped steak was cooked a bang-on med-rare with delicious vegetables. The bacon -wrapped scallop appetizer was delicious as was the chocolate lava cake to finish. Cheryl was the friendly server/bartender and Dan made several appearances to check and make sure everything was to our liking (which it was) as well as cooking, bartending and helping serve. What a fantastic location for our wedding. We were just married there last Saturday and people are still buzzing on how great everything went. We had out very small and intimate wedding ceremony and dinner at La Teraz just over the weekend. It was in the middle of winter and extremely cold but Dan and his team were so wonderfully accommodating. It truly was an amazing experience and I would recommend this venue and catering service to everybody! This venue totally exceeded our expectations for our wedding last Saturday! Dan and Cheryl have an attention to detail with an excellent customer service. It was like having our very own wedding planner and helped reduce some of the stress of planning such an important event. The venue itself is warm, cozy and inviting even with minimal decorations. Eric and I had our wedding at La Teraz on August 27th and we can’t say enough great things about the place, it was truly a magical day for us thanks to Dan, Cheryl and Staff. The place is such a perfect venue for a wedding, so intimate and beautiful, the vines and little white lights through out them really makes the place magical. We couldn’t have chose a better place for our wedding. From the first time we met with Dan and Cheryl everything was so simple. It made planning our wedding a great experience for sure. It was kinda of a one stop shop for us. Chef Dan made our food for the wedding, which was amazingly delicious!! A lot of comments from our guests on how yummy the food was and the presentation and variety very nice as well. Chef Dan made our wedding cake, an elegant three tier cake with the most tasty chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for the guests, their in house DJ Marcel and bar service were excellent as well . So it was a lot already checked off our list from the first time we met. They provided us a list of other vendors we would need to complete our wedding and with a few calls it was pretty much all booked. Any question we had a long the way, was immediate answers which made everything so easy. We would recommend the La Teraz to anyone who is looking for the perfect place for their wedding or a special event. We searched many different locations to have our wedding, and we settled on La Teraz, it really was a one stop location for us, we used almost all of there suggested people, and it truly was stress free!
We were both super pleased with the services. Everyone went above and beyond what was asked of them!
Our Hats are off to you Chef Dan and Chef Cheryl, I would suggest to anyone to have this place on the top of your list, for any event or function! Thank you, again!
