I am sort of a Cajun connoisseur hailing from Texas and eating tons of real deal Cajun cuisine. The shrimp po'boy was fantastic. Bret makes his own remoulade. The French bread was crusty and chewy as it should be. Bret needs a brick and mortar. I can't wait to try again! Seriously good eats. Not too spicy. Just amazingly right. Once you have one of these, you won't have to go back to just ho-hum OK. Looking forward to when catfish is on the menu!!Thanks for the treat! See you next time! More...
