I was looking x a place to start a new lifestyle!!
Than I found PiLAtes coming to Norwalk, so me not knowing how PiLAtes are, I make an appointment just to know and see if would work x me. I try it and love it !!!!

Love love love LA Pilates fitness studio and I highly recommend If you live in the surrounding areas and are looking for a quaint place to work out this is the place. This studio is a nice little gem in the Norwalk area. I took my first Pilates Sculpt class with Rocky this morning. She is a great instructor with a lot of patience. The class was very fast paced and had so many different activities going on, so I was never bored. Even though the class is a challenge, it does not put a lot of strain on the body. It wasn’t until later on in the day when I truly felt the impact of the workout. I look forward to trying other classes very soon! More...
