What’s your signature dish?
As a chef I love what I do so everything I make is my favorite, but if I had to say my signature dish at the moment would be my White Chocolate Junmai Sake Mousse w/Citrus Udon & Sake Macerated Berries. (Profile picture)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu requires me to know who my clients are and what they like and don’t like. Sitting down with them and having conversation about whatever comes to mind helps in that as well as seeing their surroundings. My job is not just to create the perfect menu but to make it as stress free as possible.
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about what I do. I love being a Chef. Creating memories through food is amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Taking care of my family is what inspired me to create my catering business. I soon realized just how much I love what I do. Great conversation paired with great food and family/friends is the perfect combo.

I think La Loba’s Catering is the perfect fit for any event as we strive to make each event memorable. As a small company we can give that personal touch that a big company can’t. I’m in constant contact with all my clients.
