Second time at La Jolla Groves, and just as good as the first! The ambiance is incredible; you're dining underneath lemon trees (fake trees but well-kept) with candle-lit dinner. The candles were lit at about 7 p.m when we were there in May. We got the Arancini for our appetizer (delicious, albeit a large appetizer). Be warned: the "Half Chicken" is literally half of a chicken, so it's pretty substantial. The "Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake" was rich but very yummy. My wife and I had our wedding luncheon here, and just recently celebrated our 3rd anniversary with a dinner here as well. We love this restaurant . My wife always orders the herb crusted salmon, and I like to shake things up every time since it's all amazing. This last visit I had the braised rabbit fettuccine and it was, of course, exquisite. Solid place to get an upscale meal in an unique setting. Our food was tasty and was unlike offerings at other places. Definitively superior to sit down chains if you are willing to pay the price. Servers are outstanding and really compliment the experience. The ambiance is a plus here and I enjoy the feeling of being in a garden or grove. There is ample parking here. We were looking for a special place to take some newlywed friends out to dinner, and La Jolla Groves sounded interesting. What an inspired choice ! The environment is as gorgeous as the food, perfect for everything from a romantic night out to a smart business meeting. Between us we had the mushroom bisque, which was amazing, equally yummy Caesar salad, chicken Alfredo with bacon and peas, (OMG good!), steak salad, ahi avocado salad, and tomato avocado salad. All of it was fantastic, and the dessert, (the chocolate mousse was to die for!) was the perfect ending. Rob, the manager was awesome at taking care of us for our anniversary tonight. Kaitlynn & Gideon were also incredible! Loved the Tenderloin Medallions, and Butternut squash soup. Highly recommend the Lemon Cake!

La Jolla Groves I've got to applaud you tonight for a job well done. The varied menu selection was the perfect balance of timeless classic dishes and unique one of a kind offerings. The braised rabbit fettuccini is definitely worth a shot. Pair this with an impressive wine list, incredible service, and affordable pricing and you'll get me coming back again and again! This place is great for both special occasions and or just Wednesday night shenanigans. Thank you for a wonderful experience Rob! If you are looking for a fine dining experience that isn't too expensive then La Jolla Groves is the place to go. La Jolla Groves is located in the center of the Riverwoods in Provo. The restaurant is beautifully designed, a cove of lemon trees are overhead as you are served delicious pairings. Honestly, I have never had a bad dish here and they change their menu around during the different seasons. Eat one less roll so you can indulge in one of their fantastic desserts. La Jolla Groves has been a long time family favorite for special occasions. Honestly, I have enjoyed everything that I've ever had. The service can be a little slower, so plan on a little more time than usual then relax and enjoy your meal. For starters I love the butternut soup and the mushroom soup. Their flavored lemonades are wonderful as well. For lunch I typically go with the blackened salmon salad or if I'm looking for something a little more filling the shrimp scampi. I went for something new tonight and tried the braised rabbit. It was really good, but the sauce was quite thin which made it a little difficult to eat and I did find two small bones in my dish. Next time I'm probably going to try the carbonara. It's new on the menu and I'm looking forward to their interpretation. No review of La Jolla Groves would be complete without talking about dessert so let me jump right to it and tell you to try the lemon cake (you'll thank me later). More...

La Jolla Groves is trying hard to be one of the fancier restaurants in the Provo / Orem area. They mostly succeed, though they could still improve in places. The food is great, but not very adventurous. This makes sense, as most of their potential clientele probably hasn't done a lot of fine dining. The prices are pretty close to what you'd expect. We went in for dinner last weekend with my in-laws and had a great experience. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was quiet and clean, the food was expensive but really delicious. I had the house lemon chicken with polenta and it was to die for. We are from NYC and have many great restaurants to enjoy. However, I cant think of a better resturant that I have visted then La Jolla Groves. we had our sons wedding rehearsal dinner at La Jolla Groves late June 2018. The Place was perfect and the staff, especially Joel made it special. Cameron, a manager went out of his way to accommodate our large group and budget. All our guest were impressed with everything about La Jolla from the entrees to the beautiful space and the service. I loved every moment and will always remember our time there.
