I was so stressed out by the time I called Brian for help, I rented my car to someone for Uber who didn't have good intentions from that start long story short he refused to give me my car back and block me. When I called Brian he answered right away and looked into the matter right away he found out everything he needed to get my car back.  Whenever I called Brian feeling bad and stressing he reassured me that it's Ok, he was very understanding that I'm a new business owner and gave me a big discount because he cares more about the person than the money and it showed because he picked up every call and answered every text no matter what of a very panicked person. He didn't like that I'm an honest working person and this not so nice person took advantage of me and he was determined to find him. He is very knowledgeable and got to work right away looking for the thief, it was only a matter of time before he found him. I filed a police report in the mean time and the night he was gonna go to address the police pulled the thief over with my car and he was arrested, but I'm 100 present sure if they didn't Brian was going to find him for me because he found all the addresses linked to this thief who stole my car. This is the second time I have worked with Brian and LA Intelligence.  They are professional, reliable, efficient, prompt, communicative and excel at what they do.  They are not going to give you anything but exactly what they observe.  This is not a fly-by-night organisation but a top notch investigative team.  Not only Brian but the people he has working with him and for him.  I would use him again in heart beat.  Most importantly of all he is trustworthy.  And in their line of work you better have someone you can trust.  I would also add that Brian's prices are reasonable and he is not trying to rip you off.  In fact, just the opposite.  There was something I wanted done, which he could have easily done, but instead he said we shouldn't do because it would be a waste of my money and not get the results I was looking for. I have been living with a chronic disabling condition for a number of years now.   I used to be able "to take care of myself" pretty well and now, with humility, I've had to accept that I can't. That I need help from time to time. That has not been easy for me to accept. A few months ago I noticed that some things had been stolen from my home. I then experienced a few strange encounters with people that I thought I could trust:  Keys missing, a few stories here and there that didn't add up. Bottom line, I began to get scared and I did not know where to turn. After speaking with my doctor he convinced me that as a vulnerable adult there was no shame in asking for help and for wanting to be secure in my person and property. there is a man in la who is running a scam and sub-leasing cars from people like me and shipping them to the west coast and re-leases them to others but once he got my mesarati, i couldn't get him on the phone for months much less collect any of the monthly payments.  apparently i am not his only victim as i researched online and read that la intelligence had been successful in not only finding these vehicles but literally taking possession of them somehow and assisting me in having my vehicle shipped back to me in miami.  i don't know what i would have done and i owe them so much gratitude.  they did everything they promised and in fact, found my car in one day!!!  brian pointed out to me that two other victims that used his services successfully wrote reviews but it looks like yelp didn't approve of them but i did find them in a "not recommended category" where there were another 133 5 star reviews.  i read many especially about the two previous victims. so i don't understand why yelp would take down such an important review that could be of service to others like me only i found them through the bbb here. and a local lawyer recommended him. la intelligence turned my nightmare into an almost instant resolve.  you can not loose with these people and i just pray that yelp doesn't deprive me from expressing my opinion as they do to others. 5.0 star rating Started on 1/22/2019There is a very good reason you see a five star rating with LA Intelligence... Let me explain. .. I had a very very bad situation with a car that I had leased... I had a 2017 Rang Rover and I just did not care for the car... Luckily I had a two year lease but with Range Rover, you cannot actually get out of a lease by having someone take it over for you... I had put the car on swapalease as an outright sale and was contacted by a scam artist and I urge anyone that is approached by someone third party about sub leasing your car to AVOID IT, especially in California... He had promised to help get me out of this lease or make the payments until the lease ran out... Every month was hassle, late payment, etc... The least was due to run out at the end of this month and he had not made two consecutive payments and had given no indication he would turn the car over... An unlicensed contractor was working at our place, and everything was great for about 9 months. I had a very tough case that involved identity theft. I called Brian and his team after the thieves had taken my identity and ran with it. They went as far as trying to get a home loan with my credit! In the midst of all this they kept spending under my name with some mysterious account. This was of course insanely stressful because I had spent hours on the phone with all of my banks and nobody claimed these transactions. I tried to think of any possible cracks, thought maybe they were hacking into my accounts some how. When I called Brain I was in a frenzy. He told me they don't usually take these sort of cases but would help me out because he could tell it was extremely distressing for me. They walked me through the process and even sent a hacker out to my place to check all of our systems and make sure they didn't have access to anything. Union Bank turned out to be the culprit, a week or so after I had alerted them to the theft they received a call from the thieves impersonating me. This company and my the main PI, Brian, has been so helpful. Long story short a horrific Doctor at Lasky Clinic used me for testing and training USC students. I went in for a cosmetic nose surgery and they cut off my upper jaw, did a bunch of tests and my face was shortened by well over an inch. Brian came with me to the VA to look for records and also got some photos of the main site where they do FDA testing on helpless patients. Here are some photos of the research documents he got for me and the photos on site at Lasky. Not only did he find this evidence, he found out they were doing these horrific experiments on children without gaining consent of the parents!! In America folks. Brian got me the evidence that will ensure my case against this behemoth who is using helpless elective patients to hurt and steal bones under a federal policy that allows them to train students. They claim they do not take human bones, blood or anything from the poor victims, but there were so many specimen boxes for Cedars and many other labs. Showing statewide prevalent corruption to harm private paying patients at Lasky Clinic. The doctor who did this and enrolled me to let students hurt me is Dr. Andrew Frankel. He is located at 201 S. I heard of Brian at LA Intelligence through a lawyer friend of mine who has been using him for years. He came highly recommended and I decided to give him a call.  I had to locate some people, find some hidden assets and conduct surveillance on some pretty shady individuals..  Brian and his guys did some serious undercover work that made me think that all the stuff you see on TV is true!  First of all, Brian was very knowledgeable and has tons of experience in all kinds of cases seems like.  He even has a great sense of humor.  I felt comfortable enough to tell him my very personal matter at hand.  His prices were fair and firm, too.  For those of you who appreciate value definitely understand the old saying, "you get what you pay for."  In this case.. yes i did.  At the end of the day, all of my expectations through this process were met and exceeded.  The person we were looking for had been missing for over 10 years - Brian found him.. Detective Matthews is FANTASTIC!!! I called him this morning and within basically fifteen minutes of talking he located a person we were searching for to file a legal civil suit against. We had limited information on this individual and what we did have was over 26 yrs old! Didn't matter. He found her and immediately sent us the case file results. Yes I'm sure it's a simple search in the database he has access to, but what really makes me like Det. Matthews is that he's up front, doesn't try and oversell or under sell what he can do. While perusing eBay from my home in New York, I found a car I really wanted in Los Angeles. The price was excellent but, after speaking to the seller and finding out that he was not taking deposits, just full payment, I became suspicious. Being a retired police sergeant myself, I figured a private investigator might be able to handle looking at the car.After a google search, I found Brian's number at LA  Intelligence and gave them a call at 1 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was met with a professional, can do, attitude. I hired Brian at LA Intelligence after an employee filed a fraudulent workers comp claim. As our 4th generation family-run small business had never dealt with anything like this before I hired Brian because I wanted to protect our business and our personal assets. I was also angry that someone we tried to help took advantage of the system. Unbeknownst to me this is the 7th workers comp claim the employee has filed in the past 5 years. The workers comp insurance didn’t explain anything about how the process would work or even the fact that they had a lawyer “on our side.” They just wanted to pay him off and increase our premiums without informing me of anything!!! Brian really takes customer service to another level!  I hired him for his PI services, and we ran into an obscene amount of bad luck trying to obtain the information that I needed.  Brian kept in frequent contact with me throughout the process and maintained complete transparency as to what was going on.  Because of the unforeseeable problems, I actually ended up with more fires to put out.  In response, Brian not only refunded me in full, but he continued to try to obtain the information that I needed free of charge.  I literally have not seen any company go so far above and beyond to make a client happy and to rectify a difficult situation.  Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and based on his handling of my extremely difficult situation, he clearly places the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. While things didn't go exactly as planned, Brian did everything in his power to help.  When working with Brian you can tell that you have a partner who will do everything possible to ensure an equitable outcome, even when Murphy's Law is in full swing. Brian is an honest guy and loyal professional in a dirty business filled with scam artists.  My son´s mother is a true criminal, but also a very cunning con artist.  She fooled two other PI's before my family found Brian and got him on the case.  LA Intelligence is a great company run by a man with a passion and intelligence for the work that is surpassed by none.  He will go the extra mile.  He will not rip you off.  He will be honest with you whether you have a case or not.  He can also suss out if you are for real or illegitimate yourself, don't go in their trying to con him.  My son's mother has conned the police, the Family Court but not Brian.  I was worried I would never get justice until he helped out.  While our case is on going, we have made long strides in exposing her true nature to the proper authorities.  She is basically working as a prostitute, an alcoholic and possible drug dealer and in the country illegally, claiming to be poor while she is raking in the cash, and tormenting my life with death threats from her boyfriend and the Thai mafia.  Only when Brian stepped in have I felt the tide begin to turn. The first PI charged me twice the price for zero usable evidence.  The second one bowed out when the case got deep and he realised that he wasn't dealing with some paranoid delusion by a white collar dilettante.  I am a hard working and successful artist and businessman that raises my son alone.  I got conned by a Thai hooker that tried to take me for all I had including my son.  The case is on going.  But with people like Brian on my side we can hopefully dump this trash in the dumpster of hell reserved for those that prey on children where she belongs.  I wouldn't hire anybody else and will continue to use Brian and his team until she is behind bars or deported where she and her boyfriend can no longer abuse my son with the blessing of the LA Superior court. L.A. Intelligence is the absolute best. They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed help finding a person whose off leash dog attacked my dog with very little information and not only were they able to find her, but they were also able to help me serve her with several documents. They are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Very fast and efficient service. And Brian even went out of his way to help me during the holiday season due to a time crunch that I had!
