Okay, first off....let me say how great the staff is here.Lexi at the front desk is more than welcoming.She's always in the best mood and greets everyone with a smile. Every time I visit and get adjusted/massage, she watches over my 4month old for me and he just LOVES her! (For those moms who don't know if they trust a stranger to watch their baby, there are also cameras in the massage room that you can watch her with your baby from!) Perfect right? Nick the chiropractor is the first person ever I felt comfortable enough to adjust my neck. That should say a lot considering I had really bad experiences in the past. He is so gentle and kind. Now for the star of the place, LYSA!!! She is a doula/massage therapist/friend/ you always wanted. Especially when you're pregnant . I started coming here mid pregnancy of my first child & let's just say if I didn't have Lysa there for me the way she was, then I would've been a paranoid wreck. She guided me through so much and til this day I am extremely grateful for her. She is the reason I had such a quick labor !!! ONE HOUR. Even if I had my own personal issues that I just wanted off my chest, she was such a good listener (which is a lot when you're pregnant) haha. My original OB Dr. wanted to induce me before my due date and I was really worried if that was the right decision (I'm all for the most natural ways when it comes to my child). She made me feel really good about my decision to build the balls to tell my Dr I didn't agree with his Idea. Ask for Jennifer and you will be in heaven. Not only does her massages help with relaxation- they also help if you are recovering from an injury. She helped me after a pretty bad skiing accident. After my sessions with her, my range of motion in my ankle was noticeably better. I had nerve damage in my foot and I swear she helped "bring it back to life."  I also had healing wounds from the surgery and she was always extremely careful and gentle. She asked before she touched my leg as it was very sensitive and I never experienced any pain or discomfort when she was working on me...only bliss!! More...

My name is Carlee and i started coming here 10 years ago when Lysa opened her own practice. At the time I was 12 and in multiple sports. The doctors and the massage therapist helped me so much because of all the soreness I would get from practicing. Now that I am older and I am somewhat active still, the staff here continues to take care of me. They are so amazing here! I have been a patient here for several years. Lysa, the owner and massage therapist is excellent at running the business as well as giving massages.  Her administrative assistant Bonnie is a kind, professional and friendly face who greets me upon arrival and reminds me of weekly appointments. Dr. Nick, the chiropractor has helped decrease the number of migraines I have dramatically. A new massage therapist named Josh worked on me today. I can't tell you how much muscle relief I feel. We hired Lysa as our doula for our first birth.  She came highly recommended from some friends.   Lysa has a calm and sweet demeanor which is just what you want by your bedside while in labor.  She gave us a ton of information before our birth which helped us in our decision making.  It was nice to have someone there at the hospital who could act as a spokesperson for us and mediate for us.  Her prices are reasonable and worth the money! My Husband and I weren't sure if we really needed a Doula. I had done so much research on natural birth in a hospital setting that I felt I was completely ready. Also having gone through Lamaze and having the loving support of my Husband and Mother we just weren't sure if a Doula was really needed. We'll we decided it was worth the insurance, after all this maybe our only child and we wanted to do everything possible to make it as good of an experience as possible. Well, let me tell you it was the best money we ever spent. So many things happened that I wasn't prepared for and Lysa was our rock that got us all through it. I just don't know what we would have done without her. I know for a fact most of my birth plan would have gone out the window and I feel strongly that I may have even ended up with a c-section. Not only did that not happen but our birth plan was followed 100%. Lysa was so good that the mid wife that delivered our healthy little boy came up to me the next day and said, "I'm normally not a big fan of Doula's but yours was really good and I'd like to get her information so I can refer her to other patiences asking for a doula referal."
