I happened to be in the complex for a yoga class and stumbled upon this little flower place. The flowers they have are gorgeous and this place smells like heaven! I live in Virginia and my mom lives in North Austin. The delivery address was out of the area for La Fleur. When I spoke to the owner Kim, she was so kind and helpful. For a small additional fee she made sure my mom would have the flowers I wanted for her birthday! When ever I needed flowers I would go to H.E.B. but I was never impressed with the flowers. Then I saw the signs of a new flower shop opening. I was so excited. And I live really close to it!!! I love how beautiful the flowers are. I love the big walk in freezer. The customer service is amazing, I feel so welcomed, and thank goodness they can arrange the flowers for me (I have no idea what I'm doing). I also love how Kims daughters help out, that is amazing. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my daughter's office, and Kimberly at LaFleur did a fantastic job taking my order, making sure she had all the correct information, and then sending me a photo of the arrangement before delivery. I couldn't remember the name of the floral shop I had used before being new to the area. All I knew is how wonderful and full the flowers were last year when I ordered. Luckily, as I scrolled down the florist list, La Fleurs rang a bell. I placed my Valentine's order for my lady which was so smooth. I knew that if the quality was there again, I had found my place. This past summer, I needed a same-day flower delivery and La Fleur came to the rescue! The customer service just couldn't be beat and they were able to make the arrangement and delivery within a few hours. Aloha and Mahalo to La Fleur, my wife and I recently moved to Austin. We moved from the Garden Island of Kauai, lived on Maui also. I want to say that the young lady that assisted  me in artfully arranging the flowers was Five Star. The arrangement I bought is beautiful. I had the opportunity to meet the owner also Kim. I love this woman owned flower shop! I go in every week or so and pick out some of the loveliest fresh flowers around. The Oriental lillies are my favorite and last nearly 2 weeks.
