I remember when i was just a kid, i hated getting my haircut. It was like the denstist. I would walk into a completly female environment that smelled like burning hair from the (at the time very popular) perm dome seats that looked like electric chairs on an alien spaceship. Peering out from under the plastic helmets would be a dozen old women who wanted to ask me about school, and if i was excited for my haircut, both topics the last thing i would ever want to talk about. Eventually an orange tinted and leathery woman with sharp tools would manhandle me and become very familar with my head. It was uncomfortable and making it worse was my mom, giving directions to the stylist, like she was working with the enemy to mistreat me. Times have changed! Ladida is so super fantastical! Especially bueno! It smells great! The people are great! My mom isnt there! Tools are still sharp but kaela is so talented and gentle she makes them feel like nerf scissors. What i mean to say is that now i like to go and get my haircut. Thanks LaDiDa for making me as beautiful outside as i want to be inside. I feel like a caterpillar whom after building a cocoon(my hair getting long and shaggy) i emerge as a glorious butterfly or moth when i see my transformation. I am absolutely positively completely in love with my hair! Kaela did a fantastic job of listening to my desired goal and bringing it to life. The color is rich and highlighted to perfection. She was meticulous and appeared to have immense integrity in her work. She ensured that I was happy and satisfied. I also appreciated her ability to communicate with her team when she needed help, and both Courtney and May were awesome in supporting her needs. Brittany does my hair for me every time. I don't trust anyone else with my hair anymore. She takes the time to help me decide what will look best for me and is incredibly patient and understanding.
