How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask them what they like, send them a selection of choices with costs and then amend until they are happy
What do you love most about your job?
I’m good at cooking and I love pleasing people and making their parties good. More and more people appreciate good food from around the world. I don’t cut corners and my clients appreciate my effort
