How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work closely with the Client to achieve this. Discussing and planning is the key. Some Clients have a clear idea of what they want, others prefer to have suggestions made to them. I work creatively to make sure the Client is satisfied in every aspect the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to be creative, to use my skills and expertise to achieve success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Independence, flexibility with work schedule. Direct contact with the client no middle man.
