LA Appliances Time Repair Service

Buyer beware- This company charged an $85 service fee, promised to fix our fridge, and then never responded. They then promised me a refund, which I have yet to receive.

Full story: I would strongly recommend against using this company. A technician came by, charged me $85 to see what was wrong, and told me I could apply that amount toward repairs. He looks at it and says he can fix it. That was six weeks ago; the technician then completely stopped responding to calls/texts. After a call with Tony a few weeks later, I was told they could not fix it as promised. Since they could not fix it as promised, the company agreed that a refund of the service charge would be fair, but I have not received the check. Mike did a great job repairing our washer. He was on time and did a very thorough and quick repair job. Before the repair, he was very up front about the cost involved and very informative during the repair. Will not hesitate to call LA Appliance time again! More...

After being told from authorized Viking Oven Repair technician that it would cost more to fix my ovens (dual) then they were worth, Tony came in and greatly surprised me.  Both Ovens now are working great, clean and courteous service.....a nice, professional guy and very fairly priced.  Highly recommend! So, I initially had some trouble with my fridge that started out with some weird rumbling noises and then eventually progressed into not getting as cold as it should. I called around to a couple of different appliance repair companies and set up a consult with one and had the technician come in to take a look. He poked and prodded and then claimed that it was going to cost about $400 to repair which I automatically thought was outrageous. (It wasn't cooling as well, but it wasn't totally shot!)I took my leave of that company and contacted Tony instead. I'm so happy I did! He was prompt and courteous, asked me specific questions over the phone to get a better idea of my issue and then we set a time for him to come in between 2-4 PM. He arrived earlier in the window then I expected and went straight to work. Turned out it wasn't a big issue like the other guy made it seem and said that he could do it for $143. What a deal! On top of that, he noticed my ice maker was being janky and after messing with it for 10 minutes, the ice started coming out smoothly again! I didn't even ask but he was already eager to help.I can't recommend this company enough! Tony really knows his stuff and I'll definitely be keeping his number.Thank you again, Tony!! More...
