My purpose as a therapist is to engage you in a supportive and accepting, but challenging environment. My goal is to aid you in reducing self doubt that causes the belief that you are worth less.
I offer you assistance in developing skills that can help you make realistic and responsible choices with your life path.
I have had the honor and privilege of listening to the personal struggles of many people. Being present for your struggle enforces my own commitment in working to become a more positive influence for change as a mental health practitioner.
My experience, both personally and professionally, involves adult and adolescent transitional and adjustment problems, substance and alcohol abuse, self-harm, survivors of sexual abuse, social anxiety, depression, and problems related to anxiety.
