My experience here was terrible today. I'm getting ready to do some overseas travel and wanted to have some paperwork notarized that would give my cousin custody of my son in the event that something happens to me. I arrived around 1:45pm to get my paperwork notarized. When I was called to the back, a young lady (sitting at the desk on the left) looked at my paperwork and told me that I needed my cousin with me in order for my paperwork to be notarized. I asked her what time they closed and she told me 6pm. I picked my cousin up and returned to the location around 3:15pm. A different woman called my cousin and I to the back (she was sitting at the desk to the right) and she had a very nasty attitude. She looked at my paperwork and immediately became disrespectful. She began to tell me that I was unable to get my paperwork notarized because I didn't have "extra paperwork" that was required. I explained to her that I had just been there about an hour previously and had not been informed by her co-worker that additional paperwork was required. I had only been told that my cousin needed to be with me. She continued to speak to me in a disrespectful manner and asked me several times "well where's your child's father?" and "why he can't take your son?" She also nastily said "You can't just give your custody away without the father's permission!" Although I did not feel I needed to, I told her several times that my son's father is not now, and has never been in my son's life, and I wasn't GIVING my cousin custody. My paperwork was just something for my cousin to have in case something happened to me while I was traveling. She refused to notarize my paperwork and told me that I had to bring in proof that my son's father wasn't in his life. She was incredibly ghetto, disrespectful, and I will not be returning to this business. More...

Michelle took care of everything I needed for my HQL. She was set up at Continental Arms in Timonium, and I did my fingerprinting and paperwork all in the same day. Much appreciated ;)
