here's how each week went. 1. showed on time and cleaned. all well. 2. canceled with 15m notice. 3. showed late. left early. 4. no show. 5. came really early. 6. canceled again. 7. left after an hour. said she'd cleaned for 2. tried to steal from me. 8. sent 2.5 hours early without telling me. didn't come back at the time that was booked. 9. canceled again. replacement cleaner late. 10. no show. canceled 4 hours after she was meant to arrive. 11. didn't give the cleaner the keysafe number that I had given them for the express purpose of the cleaners letting themselves in so no cleaning done. 12. no show. 13. (I had to cancel because my daughter had impitago). 14. came early when I was in a meeting. 2 instead of one chatting really loudly when j was in the middle of a meeting. at this point I have now canceled them completely. only so many chances. with the exception of the theif the cleaning wasn't bad when they actually came. I have used L&R cleaning services for over a year now and they have the contract to perform regular communal cleans across three of my shared house rental properties. What separates L&R from other cleaners is their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients.
