I desperately wanted to write a great review but a job that had me having to return to a vacated suite TWICE because of poor, really poor, cleaning on the kitchen generally and kitchen appliances specifically, leaves me little choice. While I received a lovely apology, I did not receive any kind of discount so I cannot recommend this service.UPDATE: Kyla did contact me and provided a discount. I do believe her apology was sincere and I can only imagine how difficult it must be to get good staff in this business.
