Kristi did an amazing job designing our home on Drakes Island. We have a very difficult lot from a design standpoint and she was able to design a home that fits beautifully on the lot.
We are currently working with Kristi again on a tear down/new construction on another property we recently acquired on Drakes Island.

Kristi did an amazing job with our house design. She LISTENED to our ideas and came up with plans to make them work. She also had no problem telling us when our ideas wouldn’t work and presented options that would. She remained conscious of the budget and helped us contain costs. She also acted as site manager and oversaw the construction of our house as we lived several states away.
