We had a few roofing issues, dormer roof and garage, when we moved in to our new house. Highly RecommendI had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself.Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood!He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area.I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall!Thank you Andrew and Kudos Roofing - wishing you all the very best for the new year More...
