We do not have a pressurised sales approach towards our clients, there are no 'up front' payments.
We will take on projects that are challenging that many other construction company's prefer to avoid.
Once a contract has been started the workforce will be on site continually throughout the agreed period until the works have been completed entirely to the clients satisfaction.
All changes and client variations are costed and agreed prior to being carried out - therefore no nasty shocks at completion stage.
Contracts are all managed by older more experienced foremen bringing a sense of reassurance to the client that the work is being carried out professionally and correctly.
