Matthew from kudos is a personal trainer on a mission. He not working with you just to train and leave. He cares about the whole aspect of fitness that comes from eating right, encouraging me to go the extra 100 miles. I have learnt so many things around nutrition, how to maintain a fit sleek body.Yes we work hard, but he is also full of humour and pushes me to be the best I can be. I have lost about 2 stone since I started training with him. The support and encouragement he gives helps push me to the next level. If you are prepared to invest in your fitness, he will get you there. It is always a pleasure to train with him, because he knows my limits but at the same time does not let up even if I am prepared to give in. He goes beyond by keeping in touch with you about diet. Programmes to do in the gym solo and is very professional about keeping track of progress. I highly recommend him, just be willing to invest in your own fitness and weight loss and guaranteed, he will get you there More...

Mat is a rare trainer in that he's a type one diabetic like myself. He understands all the complications that come with exercising with this complicated disease and with his help I've been able to push myself a hundred times past my limits.

Mat is an outstanding trainer who I've worked with for more than a year. He's positive and really invested in my success. He moves my sessions around when my schedule needs and always changes up our sessions so that they remain challenging and I don't get bored. We do high intensity and I've never felt as healthy and fit as I do now. I've never been a sporty person but training with Mat is so much fun that I really look forward to my weekly sessions that are always outside rain or shine. I highly recommend Kudos Fitness!
