Just received our Smart Roadster back from Kudos after repair works were carried out due to an insurance claim. Wow.. he has done a fabulous job! !. Car has come back 'brand new'. Marcus was great at communicating - keeping us up-to-date regularly - and he didn't hand back the vehicle until he was completely happy with the colour match of paint etc. Marcus is clearly a conscientious and hard worker - which is a very rare find in this day and age! Marcus did a great job removing a malicious key scratch from my driver's door. I'm very impressed with the finish.Price wise Kudos' quote was among the best few I had, and the clincher was the professional way they present themselves (in contrast to similar outfits who quoted similar amounts). Marcus attended on time and communication was very good ,my colour match on the first visit wasnt 100% marcus noticed this and told me that he would be happy to return and rectify on the 12th he stuck with what he said and today the 12/2/18 he has visited and corrected the colour accordingly ,the negative reviews on here gave me doubt that he would return but he did ,thank you marcus

Amazing service!!!! My 18 year old son had just brought his first car and unfortunately dented it in a small crash. Marcus the owner of Kudos not only repaired my sons car to a standard where you would never have known there was damage, but also took the time to reassure him and give him the confidence to continue driving.
