Kuba did all of the desserts for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. The entire experience with Erin was pleasant, efficient, tasty and beautiful. Erin was super sweet and easy to work with. She was always professional and made choosing our setup so easy! The desserts all tasted so amazing, I was surprised we went with a banana flavor for our wedding cake but it was that delicious. We also got cupcakes to complement the cake and hundreds of cookies as well as the chocolate mousse cups. Every. Single. Dessert was consumed. All of our guests raved about the desserts and went back for multiple rounds. My husband ended up polishing off the rest of our 1-tier cake (pictured below) at 2am after we got back from our wedding after-party and then went back in for more cookies. Erin was more than accomodating and met me in Carlsbad to try the cakes and cupcakes. I ended up choosing mini cupcakes in Chocolate, Vanilla Almond with Buttercream topping and Carot Cake as my choices. Everyone raved out how tasty they were especially the Carot Cake with the lavender dolup of cream cheese that all blended with my purple/lavender/mauve theme. We had the most delicious five-tier cake from Kuba Kreations. Our flavors were vanilla berry almond and lemon lavender. I'm not even a cake person and I devoured that bad boy at our reception -- and the next morning for breakfast.

We tasted with a few other places, including the fancy ones plastered on social media, and I have to say that Kuba was not only more affordable, but better in flavor. Every cake we tasted was moist, even though wedding cakes have a reputation of being try.

Erin Kuba came highly recommended to me to provide the cookie desserts for my daughter's wedding. We had several highly specific needs to be dealt with, from different dietary restrictions to unusual favorite-cookie flavor requests. I thought we might be overdoing it, but Erin came through with aplomb. After taste-testing I thought her cookies (in lieu of a wedding cake) were going to be a success, but I was blown away by the guests' reaction to her dessert table. We had ordered WAY more cookies per person than I (and the wedding planner) ever thought would be consumed. OMG (and this was after a huge wedding meal) those cookies disappeared so fast, it was shocking. People kept coming back for I don't know how many extra helpings. My husband and I are vegan and at first had decided on a no-frills type of wedding.  But as planning went on things started to change.  Next thing I knew it was 3 months until the wedding and my soon to be husband decided he wanted a dessert bar.  That started my frantic search for a vegan baker in the Temecula area.  After contacting a few places that either could not accommodate us or some that just didn't respond we were so lucky to find Erin at Kuba Kreations.  She was able to meet with us and provide us with a tasting where we knew at first bite that she would be our wedding baker.  Not only were her desserts amazing but she was very thorough in the notes she took and questions she asked.  I knew the second I bit into one of the cupcakes at the wedding that she had listened to my suggestions from the tasting.  I really appreciated that.  And yes, her desserts were AMAZING!!  99% of our guests were not vegan and some had expressed concern over having to eat what they thought would be tasteless desserts.  I was so happy that Erin was able to prove them wrong.  They LOVED the desserts just as much and my husband and I did!  The coordinator at our venue even told me that she and the staff loved the desserts and could not believe they were vegan.  Not only were the desserts tasty but Kuba Kreations also decorated the dessert bar and it fit perfectly in our barrel room reception!  I can't speak highly enough of Erin and Kuba Kreations!  She was so sweet and nice to work with.  And we will never forget our chocolate mousse and banana cream pie dessert cups!!  We are trying to find another excuse to have Erin make us more desserts!  We highly recommend Kuba Kreations!! Erin at Kuba Kreations is one of the nicest people I've ever met - I will start off with that. Now when I met Erin for our tasting I had absolutely no idea of what I wanted our wedding day to look like. She took the time to ask me many questions and actually helped me invision what I wanted. I took her a couple photos of wedding cakes I liked and her creativity went from there! I loved the idea of a top cake with mini cakes under it (instead of cupcakes). She was happy to do anything we asked of her!

THEN when I showed her a picture of my wedding dress, I could tell she had the same love for my dress that I did. She even had a creative idea to copy the lace from the dress and put it on the cakes. I definitely felt like I had a friend in Erin that would make sure everything turned out perfectly.....and believe me it did! She is spectacular at what she does and we can't wait to find an excuse to work with her again!

She created two beautiful and delicious cakes - a tiered orange-passionfruit flavored wedding cake, and a smaller vegan strawberry cake for our vegan guests. Erin was amazing to work with and brought our creations and ideas to life.  We are so ecstatic we went with Erin as our baker for our Rehearsal Dinner and wedding. Erin created a groom's cake, which was our dog, for our Rehearsal Dinner.  Everyone kept talking about how it looked so real and could not believe the dog was made out of cake. I loved the dessert bar that Kuba Kreations created just for my wedding!! From start to finish the planning process with this vendor was the best. .. it doesn't hurt that it involved tasting the desserts! Working with Erin was so easy, and the all the desserts that we ordered for our wedding were delicious, pretty, and made with care. Right off the bat I knew I wanted to serve creme brulee, "our dessert," at the wedding- even though it wasn't on their menu, Kuba Kreations said "YES! Let's do it! What color foil tins should we use?" THAT'S the kind of amazing, personalized service you will get. By the way, the creme brulee was the most loved dessert by our guests.
