My 10-month-old lab decided to experiment with his skills in digging on a rainy day and ran all the way up my stairs dripping with the red mud of Georgia clay! I tried to spot clean it out, but I was afraid it was stained forever, on what is relatively new beige carpet. KSL was hands down the best price. I cannot say enough about the three team crew that cleaned our over 7000 square-foot home. Derrick, Deon and a lady. (Sorry I forgot her name) The attention to detail and the ability to customize the services you want was very nice. All the members were prompt and very courteous. Highly recommend and will use them at our new home. The price we paid was 40-50% less than all the other quotes we received, which made us a little nervous but when we talked to the owner on the phone she reassured us we could walk through the home before they left which after seeing what they did there was no need. I had no idea car detailing was so expensive! Very happy this company had a spectacular Groupon deal to give me a break. The guy that detailed my moms car was extremely polite and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the results. The car was a mess inside and I thought for sure would be charged extra but nope! We watched the newest Lion King while we waited. I will defiantly return here for this service. Car looked and smelled fabulous! I saw on their door that they also do apartment cleanings, construction site cleanings and alot more. So check Groupon and purchase a KSL deal. Even if deals are done , still worth checking them out! I have to tell you. I haven't been so grateful in a long time.I've had two deaths back to back, and have four kids. I couldn't for the life of me, keep on top of things. I got in touch with about 4 cleaning services in my area, and they all wanted way too much. They ask the size of your home, and the go by the square footage. I didn't want certain rooms done, like the whole basement or the sunroom. The basement is a big work in progress and my sunroom is being remodeled. So, I shouldn't be charged for that right?I decided to go with this business, because she worked with me. I told her what I needed and she adjusted the price accordingly. I ended up getting the whole house done (except the sunroom and basement.)I had to run errands, so I left and came back. The first time I left, I had to go to the grocery store and get the funds to pay this company, out of the bank. I came back home, because I didn't think I'd be back in time to pay them before they left. She told me to go upstairs to check it out. I was more than satisfied. I left to finish the grocery shopping and get some lunch with the husband. I got a call from the lady from the company and she said that they were about to leave.When I returned home, I was shocked that they swept the dang on garage y'all..... they even organized a bit. Lord have mercy! When I got inside, it was sparkling. The floors were clean, 4 bathrooms, stairs, laundry area, sitting room, living room, my 4 bedrooms, the formal dining area, and my bedroom! Y'all this company is spectacular! They are coming back on the first of every month....shoot, as soon as that check hit the bank.If you decide to use this company, tell them Trina sent you.
