How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Fill out SMART goals with my clients to make sure they are realistic and can be achieved in a good time frame. Prescribe relevant training to achieve desired goals whilst making the session fun.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and will power. A good diet is key! At KSK FITNESS we offer meal plans as one of our services which will be tailored to our personal training sessions and/or home workout programmes.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others achieve their goal. I was heavily overweight before becoming a personal trainer, i seeked a personal trainer and they helped me lose 7 stone and gain a lot of muscle and i felt amazing! I was inspired and now i want to make other people feel the way i did when my personal trainer helped me achieve my goal!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few years back i was heavily overweight i proceeded to find a personal trainer in the gym and worked with them twice a week. i then found myself losing 7 stone and gaining muscle which then i progressed on to doing my level 3 personal trainers course and a wide variety of additional courses such as weight loss specialist course and boxercise
