I hired this company to do a complete remodel of my kitchen and fix areas of my living room and dining room. They replaced all of my cabinets and appliances and well and knocked out some old bars and cut it down to a counter. They put new floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath as well as painted everything. I am absolutely in love with the work that was done. I had a tight budget and Kenny made suggestions to help keep me within my budget. The men worked fast and I had not issues with them being in the way especially days that I worked from home. They did a great job and the job was priced fairly. I had four estimates and the other three were just outrageous. KSG allowed me to purchase the products I wanted and only charged me for the install. They estimated the job would take ten days and they finished in six. I will do reach out to KSG in the future, if I have any other projects that need done. I would recommend to anyone to have an estimate done by KSG and compare them to other estimates. More...

KSG Contractors provide vast professional knowledge regarding home renovation. Brining past experience and current research, my home renovations started off as a one-level project and ended with me renovating all 3-levels, 2. 5 baths as well as my deck and my front landscaping. KSG bring with them great, friendly attitude and I established a trusting relationship. Every deadlines was met and budgets was always diiscussed agreed before new projects began. I recently hired KSG contractors for a large kitchen job and I have no complaints. The owner Kenny was friendly and accommodating and was so personable, I had no choice but to trust him fully with this job. He fixed any problems we had and stayed with the original budget he gave by choosing smart cost saving options while still providing the look that my husband and I wanted. My family and friends have nothing but good things to say about the work of KSG Contractors when they come over and and I'm sure they'll be calling soon. Kenny and his team came into our home and did an outstanding job of remodeling the house! We had a 1950's kitchen and floor, damaged hardwood flooring throughout the house, we wanted an entire wall removed to open up the kitchen, all new cabinets, flooring, wiring, plumbing, and a built-in office area. We needed the entire home painted- including the awnings and front and back porch. The home was to say it nicely- in very old condition! Kenny and his team within 5 weeks gave us exactly what we wanted! There was no hassle, Kenny project managed everything and was super easy to work with. We could not be any happier with the final product. Unfortunately this website only allows me to upload 4 pictures which does NOT illustrate all of the work we had completed in the home. In summary, KSG Contracting is a great company to use if you have a home that's in need of updating. Kenny has an eye for detail and also lends good advice on color schemes and other design details. KSG Contractors "re-made" my house in order to put it on the market. KSG was resourceful and cost conscious finding ways to paint or fix what I already had vs.
replacing items. The company handled almost everything that needed to be done with the house (siding, painting, installing floors, drywall, light installation, plumbing, carpentry, etc).
The process was a collaborative effort between Kenny and I. He helped me make many decisions that arise daily during this type of project while keeping me on budget. Kenny made what could have been a stressful process easier because of his responsive, flexible, customer-comes-first manner. The place looks great and I look forward to a quick sale of the house!
