Myself and two other friends joined the club a year ago, three of us from Tottenham. The management and club members are so friendly and helpful. There is a regular weekend rides for adults and children and youth ride sessions during the week days and over the weekends and occasionally the club also organises a social activities open for all members. I would recommend any one who would love riding to join the club and enjoy Cycling and make friends. More...

Q&A

I like to set smart achievable targets to aim for in the short and medium term. Instil in clients a 'can and will do' attitude and foster self belief and assurance in that little steps lead to giant leaps. No matter what level of movement a person starts with, begin slowly, stay flexible and enjoy the feelings; there's no need to get uncomfortable here. Important to me is the saying 'where the mind goes the body follows' Starting slowly and building up is a key fitness principal as it is not to over do it. Once hooked on training and working out people usually need to be advised when to rest and recover. Taking in nourishment and lying down after a fitness session is the moment when a sports person actually starts to get better, faster and stronger. Many in sport don't get this , those that do excel.

Train all you like but if you're not eating the right foods and amounts, good body condition is a whole lot harder to achieve.

Normalise fitness training in your life, look after your body, mind and soul, these are the best things you'll ever have. Train in cycles, ebb and flow, hard weeks followed by an easier week. Work hard, listen to your body and rest the best.

Being sociable while seeing the people I work with progress and succeed is the most rewarding thing to going.

Self determination and the need to have a line of work to do that is independent.
