VERY UPSET CUSTOMER
Terrible customer services a team that couldn’t resolve our issue due to total incompetence as an appointment was scheduled where a specific time was allocated but was later told by a rather uppity girl that it was not company policy to give out appropriate time slots, when it was clearly their mistake and problem and I waited around most of they day to be told that the engineer was on at the top of our road ( which I highly doubt) ! The first gentleman clearly had not balls that I spoke to so thought he would get his colleague to call me back ! So I am indeed very angry ! More...

Very impressed with the level of service provided by krypto security.I needed a new lock fitting in a rush and krpyto security were more than able to help with the fitting and at a time that was convenient for me. Had a lock replaced recently. Service was exceptionally quick – locksmith arrived in ten minutes, and lock was replace in under a minute, along with a new set of keys. Price was of course quite steep (~£90 + VAT), but no doubt the going rate. When you factor in the response time it seems reasonable. Was able to pay with a card, and receipt shall be sent to insurance company to claim it back – so no complaints here. More...
