Kris is incredible! She recently agreed to capture my family at the beach during peak sunlight hours in order to accommodate our schedule. Not only did she manage to get beautiful shots on one of the sunniest days this year, she was beyond patient and kind with our kids - a rambunctious 3.5 year old and an 8 month old that is already on the go. We just did our newborn photos with Kris yesterday, and to say we were blown away by the exceptional experience she provided is somehow an understatement. She and her studio are warm, welcoming, calm and reassuring. We immediately felt at ease entrusting her with our 10-day old baby, while she encouraged us to relax and catch up on some rest while she did her thing. She doubles as a baby whisperer, and was so patient and calm throughout the entire session while getting some of the most breathtaking shots of our sweet girl. She is phenomenal at her craft, and her commitment to making every aspect as comfortable as possible is incredible and appreciated. Our newborn just had his photography session with Kris the other day and we had the BEST experience! Kris greeted us at the door with a friendly smile and made us feel comfortable for the entire session. We were able to relax on the couches (and even catch some z's!) as she worked with our son. Each newborn session is about 2-3 hours, but Kris took us for about 3.5 hours, making sure she incorporated an idea we had brought to the shoot. I am absolutely in love with our newborn photos! Kris did an amazing job. She was kind, extremely patient with a newborn who refused to sleep, and her work far exceeded my expectations! Her studio is so adorable and she has everything there you need... boppy pillows, diapers/wipes, blankets, rocking chairs, TV, drinks, snacks - you name it, she has thought of it! She even booked another session with us to ensure she captured the best possible photos with my challenging baby! Kris did my maternity photos, and now our son's 3 month and 6 month photos. We opted out of newborn pics because he had bad baby acne, but the photos she has captured of him over the last six months are truly unbelievable. I sat and stared at the portfolio from his six month shoot for over an hour, in full on tears of joy. She captured moments that I NEVER want to forget and if it wasn't for her I may have had a tough time remembering. We sit and stare at the pictures in our den every night and just smile and laugh at his character and vibrancy that she captured so perfectly. Kris's studio is like home for my family and I'm sure for anyone that enters it. Her welcoming spirit and crafted talent shine through immediately and you know right away that you are in the best hands you could be. She is so poised and graceful and loving. Her passion and dedication to her work and to her families show in every shot. If only we could all find our true calling, like Kris has. She is meant to do this and I'm grateful and very lucky to know her and have her capture my family's most important moments.
