I have practiced law since 1977 in and around Charlotte. The main part of my practice is designed to help individuals resolve all issues relating to separation and divorce including but not limited to equitable distribution, child custody, child support, post separation support and alimony. In addition, I assist my clients with matters such as preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. I also assist clients in the preparation of premarital agreements and post nuptial agreement. I have been certified by the State of North Carolina as a Family Law Specialist since 1990, the second year those certifications were made. I am adept also at collaborative negotiations and mediated settlements.
