True Staging Story My (vacant) listing was on the market for 3 months. The sellers resigned the listing contract with me for another 3 months. I asked them to please stage the home, but they weren’t convinced it was necessary….so I called Kristy and paid to have the home staged myself. The home was staged on Wednesday, a buyer viewed on Thursday, and we were under contract on Friday….just like that. The sellers were so impressed, they paid me back for the staging. Kristy did a phenomenal job - she understood my time line, listened to my ideas and which rooms I wanted staged, and staged them beautifully. What’s your interior design process?
Every project differs based on a clients' needs but I always like to start with an initial consultation at the clients home. This gets me familiar with the project and lets the client explain their needs. From there I would order samples, start selecting furniture/accessories/lighting and etc. We would then review all pieces, go over pricing, and start finalizing selections to place orders.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I can cater to any style but I really like transitional, modern, mid-century, shabby chic and farmhouse looks.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people! Everyone deserves a home that is comfortable to them and I like being able to achieve that for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My son. Family is my priority. I wanted to have the flexibility of being home earlier and taking days off when I need to.

I'm dedicated. I love design (since I was about 10). I am also very understanding, price cautious and design talented.

By bringing in beautiful and trending items, we are showcasing your property at its highest potential and creating a memorable impression for everyone that sees it.
Kristy Ann Designs recommends staging all main common areas (living, family, kitchen, dining) and the master bedroom. This will give buyers a great feel for what their possible new home is capable of.
How much does it cost to stage a home? Vacant Home Staging starts at $1,200 for 90 days of rental.
Occupied Home Staging
Homeowners often overlook issues and clutter in their home. Kristy Ann Designs will come to your listing to clean, declutter and revamp! We are pros at moving or removing furniture, accessories and art to best optimize the space making your home show ready. We’ve got some great tips and tricks to share to make your home show at its absolute best.
