About

I customize wellness programs that incorporate yoga, brain based fitness, therapeutic movement, strength & conditioning and intuitive eating. I aim to give clients the tools to get strong and stable, improve posture, move athletically, manage and over come pain, understand basic Yoga poses deeply, get into challenge poses safely, reduce stress, and incorporate a sustainable wellness program into their lives.

I practiced yoga with Krista for a few years. Krista is the best yoga teacher I ever have. To me, it is not just a yoga class but also a great community with lots of growth, kindness and friendship. I attended many of her classes (power flow, restorative flow, workshops etc.) and enjoyed every single one. Unfortunately I moved to another city and haven’t found a great yoga teacher like her. The good thing is, she inspired me and I continue to practice yoga! More...

Q&As

Every body is unique and a dreamy body is one that is nourished well with efficient breathing and nutrient rich food. A body that can perform daily tasks with ease and activities you love effortlessly. A body that is healthy and radiant, has strong immune function, nervous system function and can endure the stress of day to day life. The secret to getting this body is the willingness to make time for self care re exercise, daily habits, and stress reduction; and working with someone who guide you in creating these changes.

I love it when I see someone hit a challenge pose or move with more confidence, and less pain. Or to see someone shift their focus from rapid weight loss or a "bikini body" mindset, to creating a sustainable relationship with nutritious food, and intelligent exercise. This is something that begins inside and radiates way beyond just being "fit".
