I had just started my business recently and needed an agency that would work with us and our budget. Krends helped us build the website at a low cost and they also now manage our online marketing efforts due to their inexpensive costs. We couldn't be happier with them.

I have been working with this company for several months. There have been positive memories and some negative ones. Recently they wanted me to sign a new Term and Conditions document that included a price increase as well as giving up my rights to any legal disputes with Krends. I immediately refused and asked for a refund. They suspended my account and advised that it will remain that way until I sign the T&Cs. I again refused and they said they would honor the current price but I would eventually have to pay the increased cost like everyone else. I still declined and requested a refund. They declined to provide one and stated that they would continue my services. They have not done anything with my account since the dispute and now have not responded to my last request for a refund. They also refuse to provide me with the previous service that they have agreed to. In addition they have offered me a free month of service if I say something nice about Krends on yelp and other social media platforms.
I guess if I said something nice they would have not taken a measly $64 dollars from me. They must need the cash. There are plenty of similar services I suggest you try because they do not believe in making the customer happy. More...

**SCAM**FRAUD**TERRIBLE SERVICE**JAMES/JUSTIN**. After just 6weeks with these guys our instagram account was disabled and unable to retrieve from instagram/facebook support even after proving the account was mine by answering all questions they had for me. Prior to using krends I had the account for 5years built it up-to just over 6k followers, and at the time of it being disabled was around 98xx when krends was managing the account. Krends assured me it is not their fault it happened, but when i asked if i should mention their name to insta/facebook support, JUSTIN the owner said, "absolutely not". So they sold me on a service to grow/manage my instagram account and assured me it was 100% safe but the owner does not want me to mention their name to instagram or facebook when I am trying to retrieve my account? hmm.....So now, the account is still disabled, also left a 1star review on facebook which Justin reported and had removed then block me so I could not post or leave a review. Justin also promised a refund yesterday and that still has not been processed.They promise to "help" all they can but then turn around and say the can do absolutely nothing to have our account in good standing, only for us to wait until insta/facebook report team replies. He claims to have 318accounts all of which nothing like this has ever happened. Supposedly I am the first one and he has no idea why it would/could happen. Find that hard to believe as well.
